Dividing his time between the major design centers of Tokyo and Milan, Sato's creations blend the clean and often unexpected linear geometries of Japanese design with modern European style. The result is often a reaction of amazement to his products.
In 2015, Nendo designed the Single Curve collection for Weiner GTV Design, a collection of chairs with the refined elegance of Japanese minimalism combined with the traditional craftsmanship of Vienna straw. In addition, Nendo has also designed for major luxury brands such as Atelier Swarovski Home and Spanish outdoor furniture favorite, GANDIABLASCO.
